About the company

The Campbell’s Company

The Campbell's Company is an American company, most closely associated with its flagship canned soup products. The classic red-and-white can design used by many Campbell's branded products has become an American icon, and its use in pop art was typified by American artist Andy Warhol's series of Campbell's Soup Cans prints. Campbell's has grown to become one of the largest processed food companies in the United States through mergers and acquisitions, with a wide variety of products under its flagship Campbell's brand as well as other brands including Pepperidge Farm, Snyder's of Hanover, V8, and Swanson. With its namesake brand Campbell's produces soups and other canned foods, baked goods, beverages, and snacks. It is headquartered in Camden, New Jersey.

Market action

A concise summary of the latest filing, transaction, or market-moving item.

Campbell’s Co. insider reporting person Archbold D. vanBeuren filed a Form 4 on June 30, 2026, reporting an ownership-related update dated June 29, 2026, involving Campbell’s common stock. The filing identifies the securities as Campbell’s common stock and centers on indirect ownership interests held through family management entities, rather than describing a clearly itemized open-market purchase or sale. The filing’s explanatory notes state that ABANCO Management Corp. (“AMC”) is a family management company that owns Campbell’s common stock. vanBeuren owns a fractional interest in AMC, and the shares attributed to him through AMC represent only the portion in which he has a pecuniary interest based on that fractional ownership. The filing adds that he disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by AMC except to the extent of that pecuniary interest. A similar note applies to vBManagers, LLC, another family management company that owns Campbell’s common stock. vanBeuren also owns a fractional interest in vBManagers, and the reported shares tied to that entity likewise reflect only his pecuniary interest. The filing states that he disclaims beneficial ownership of the broader holdings of vBManagers beyond that fractional economic interest. The document also includes a broader disclaimer that vanBeuren does not admit beneficial ownership of certain reported securities for Section 16 purposes or any other purpose. The filing was signed on June 30, 2026, by Marci K. Donnelly as attorney-in-fact. The text provided does not include the transaction table typically found in a Form 4, so it does not show specific share counts, transaction codes, prices, acquisition or disposition amounts, or post-transaction ownership totals. As a result, the filing is best understood as an insider ownership disclosure involving indirect family-entity holdings of Campbell’s common stock, with the key substantive point being the clarification of vanBeuren’s fractional pecuniary interests and related beneficial ownership disclaimers.
