Electronic Arts Inc. reported that Andrew Wilson, the company’s chief executive officer, sold a total of 84,174 shares of EA common stock on July 15, 2026. The largest reported sale was 79,174 shares at a weighted-average price of $207.2644 per share. Wilson also reported a separate sale of 3,200 shares at the same weighted-average price of $207.2644. According to the filing notes, the actual prices for shares sold in these transactions ranged from $207.08 to $207.52. A third sale covered 1,800 shares at a weighted-average price of $206.5507, with actual sale prices ranging from $206.08 to $207.04. In total, the reported sales generated approximately $17.45 million in gross proceeds before any taxes, commissions or other costs. The transactions were sales of EA common stock; no option exercise, equity vesting event or derivative-security transaction was described in the filing text provided. The filing states that the sales were made under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan established by Wilson and the Wilson Family Trust on August 1, 2025. Such plans allow insiders to schedule trades in advance, typically to reduce concerns that transactions are based on material nonpublic information. The ownership notes indicate that some of the shares are held by the Wilson Family 2015 Trust, over which Wilson has investment control and a pecuniary interest. Other shares are held in trust for the benefit of Wilson’s descendants, with Wilson maintaining investment control over those shares as well. The provided filing text does not state Wilson’s beneficial ownership total after the reported sales. The Form 4 was signed on Wilson’s behalf by Deborah Berenjfoorosh, attorney-in-fact, on July 16, 2026.

About the company
Electronic Arts Inc
Electronic Arts Inc. is an American video game company headquartered in Redwood City, California. Founded in May 1982 by former Apple employee Trip Hawkins, the company was a pioneer of the early home computer game industry and promoted the designers and programmers responsible for its games as "software artists". EA published numerous games and some productivity software for personal computers, all of which were developed by external individuals or groups until 1987's Skate or Die! The company shifted toward internal game studios, often through acquisitions, such as Distinctive Software becoming EA Canada in 1991. Into the 21st century, EA develops and publishes games of established franchises, including Army of Two, Battlefield, Command & Conquer, Dragon Age, Dead Space, Mass Effect, Medal of Honor, Need for Speed, Plants vs. Zombies, The Sims, Skate, SSX, and Star Wars, as well as the EA Sports titles College Football, Dirt Rally, FC–FIFA, Madden NFL, NASCAR, NBA Live, NHL, PGA, UFC, and WRC. Since 2022, its desktop titles appear on the self-developed EA App, an online gaming digital distribution platform for PCs and a direct competitor to Valve's Steam and Epic Games' Store.
