However, you can also apply to open an account by touching your My Number Card, so it is not necessary to put your My Number data into Apple Wallet.

You can open an account through the Woodstock app. Please follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the account opening process. A My Number Card is required to open an account. If you have added your My Number Card data to Apple Wallet, you can use that data to open an account (foreign nationals and those whose My Number Card name includes Roman letters should use other account opening methods).
