Jamie G. Kates, an insider of The Cigna Group, reported a change in beneficial ownership of Cigna common stock on June 12, 2026. The transaction involved 3,267 shares of Cigna common stock, par value $0.01 per share, at a reported price of $298.612 per share. The filing’s explanatory note states that the shares were connected to a stock option originally granted on February 28, 2018. That option vested in three equal annual installments beginning on February 28, 2019, meaning it was fully vested before the reported 2026 transaction. The limited filing text provided does not show the full transaction table, so it does not clearly identify the transaction code, whether the shares were acquired through an option exercise, sold in the market, or both, nor does it provide Kates’s beneficial ownership total after the transaction. The presence of the option footnote indicates the reported activity related to a previously granted equity award, rather than a new grant. The Form 4 was signed on June 16, 2026, by Tyler Gratton as attorney-in-fact for the reporting person.
