Starbucks Corp. insider Brady Brewer reported a sale of company common stock on July 6, 2026, according to a Form 4 filed July 8. The filing shows Brewer disposed of 2,229 shares of Starbucks common stock at a price of $104 per share. The transaction was reported as a sale of common stock, typically reflected on Form 4 with transaction code “S.” Based on the reported price and share count, the sale had an aggregate value of approximately $231,816 before any commissions, fees or taxes. The filing notes that the sale was made under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by Brewer on December 3, 2025. Such plans allow insiders to schedule future trades under predetermined conditions, providing an affirmative defense against claims that transactions were made on the basis of material nonpublic information. The document does not provide a post-transaction beneficial ownership total for Brewer in the text supplied, nor does it describe any related option exercise, award vesting, or derivative-security transaction. The Form 4 was signed on Brewer’s behalf by Joshua C. Gaul, attorney-in-fact, on July 8, 2026.

About the company
Starbucks Corp
Starbucks Corporation is an American multinational chain of coffeehouses and roastery reserves headquartered in Seattle, Washington. It was founded in 1971 by Jerry Baldwin, Zev Siegl, and Gordon Bowker at Seattle's Pike Place Market initially as a coffee bean wholesaler. Starbucks was converted into a coffee shop serving espresso-based drinks under the ownership of Howard Schultz, who was chief executive officer from 1986 to 2000 and led the aggressive expansion of the franchise across the West Coast of the United States. As of November 2022, the company had 35,711 stores in 80 countries, 15,873 of which were located in the United States. Of Starbucks' U.S.-based stores, over 8,900 are company-operated, while the remainder are licensed. It is the world's largest coffeehouse chain. The company is ranked 120th on the Fortune 500 and 303rd on the Forbes Global 2000, as of 2022. The rise of the second wave of coffee culture is generally attributed to Starbucks, which introduced a wider variety of coffee experiences.
