The Woodstock app is a service provided by Woodstock Co., Ltd. through a business partnership with AlpacaJapan Co., Ltd. Woodstock Co., Ltd., as a financial instruments intermediary, will guide you through transactions with AlpacaJapan Co., Ltd.

AlpacaJapan Co., Ltd., as a Type 1 Financial Instruments Business Operator, will be responsible for managing securities accounts, deposits and withdrawals, and transactions.

Where can I open an account?

You can open an account through the Woodstock app. Please follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the account opening process. A My Number Card is required to open an account. If you have added your My Number Card data to Apple Wallet, you can use that data to open an account (foreign nationals and those whose My Number Card name includes Roman letters should use other account opening methods).

The Woodstock app requires you to log in using your email address.
