I have a special residence card; can I renew its expiration date through the app?
Customers holding the new format Residence Card/Special Permanent Resident Certificate or My Number Card-integrated Specific Residence Card/Specific Special Permanent Resident Certificate issued on or after June 14, 2026, who require renewal of their residence permit, are currently unable to renew their permit through the Woodstock app. Please select "Other/Required Documents" from the support button on the Alpaca Securities website below, submit an image of your new card, and proceed with the renewal process.
